We strive to get your orders processed and delivered as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping timelines and procedures below.

1. Processing Times

• Our daily cutoff for same-day shipping is 1:00 PM.

• Ordered before 1:00 PM: Shipped the same working day.

• Ordered after 1:00 PM: Shipped the next working day.

• Please note: Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Delivery Estimates (In-Stock Items)

Once your order has been dispatched, our standard delivery timeframe is 1–3 working days.

3. Out-of-Stock & Pre-Orders

We offer the ability to purchase items even when they are currently out of stock. These items are manufactured specially for you.

• Production Time: We aim to have out-of-stock items manufactured and shipped within one week of your order date.

• Total Delivery Time: Because these items are made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your delivery.

• Potential Delays: While we aim for a one-week dispatch, the custom manufacturing process can occasionally cause minor delays. We will keep you updated if your order is affected.

If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items, we will typically wait to ship the entire order together once your custom item is ready.
