Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because hair extensions are a hygiene-sensitive product, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the safety and quality of our products for all customers.

 

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s) for a refund.

Hygiene & Safety Requirements

Due to the nature of hair extensions, we can only accept returns on items that are in their original condition.

  • Unopened Only: All packaging and security seals must be intact.

  • Tamper-Proof: Any products that have been opened (not in original tied bundle), excessively handled, or worn will not be accepted for a refund.

  • Failed Inspections: If an item is returned to us in a condition that violates our hygiene policy, the refund will be rejected. Please see the Refund Denial Policy.

Stock & Replacements

Please note that all orders and potential exchanges are stock dependent. If you are looking for an exchange and the item is out of stock, we will custom make your order and ship as soon as possible.

 

 

How to Start a Return

Please complete the following form before posting your return to us. Failure to complete this form may result in a delay in processing your request.

All orders must be returned to the address on the confirmation email that is sent after you have confirmed your return through the START RETUTN  form above. We would recommend for your own protection that you use an insured, traceable service. We are not responsible for returns that fail to reach us. 

 

The return address will be displayed when the Return Request has been submitted. 

 

Packing & Shipping Your Return

To ensure your return is processed quickly, please follow these steps:

  • Check the Seal: Double-check that the hair bundle is unopened and the bundle is still intact.

  • Complete the Returns Form

  • Pack it Up: Securely pack your items (original packaging is preferred) to prevent damage during transit. Include a note that includes the following:

    • Your full Name

    • Your Address

    • Order Number

    • The hair to be returned

  • Ship it Back: We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

  • Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your items, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method only.

Refund Denial Policy​

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, returns may be refused under the following circumstances:

Used or Tampered Items

If a returned item shows signs of use, wear, or tampering, it will not qualify for a refund. In this case, you will be given the option to have the item sent back to you at your own cost.

 

We will contact you via email, and you will have 30 days to respond. If you decline to pay for return shipping, do not reply, or fail to collect the item in person within the 30‑day period, the item will be safely disposed of.

 

Checking Your Order Before Opening

Before opening or using your extensions, please ensure you are fully satisfied with the colour, length, and texture. Most colour or style concerns can be resolved easily, but the product must be returned unopened, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition for us to assist you.

 

Once the hygiene seal or packaging has been opened, we are unable to accept the item back.

 

Colour Accuracy Disclaimer

We strive to display all shades as accurately as possible. However, variations in screen resolution, lighting, and device settings may cause colours to appear slightly different.

 

For this reason, we strongly recommend checking the product upon arrival and confirming you are happy with the shade before opening the packaging.
